14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to both the one-time Fix-It Report ($19) and the first month of the Monitor subscription ($29/month).
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email address and order number (from your receipt).
- Submit a refund request through Paddle's portal.
- Alternatively, contact us via the website and we will help you initiate the refund.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel the Monitor subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can also request a full refund of that initial payment. After the 14-day window, cancellation stops further billing but does not refund prior payments. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Abuse, fraud and repeat refunds
Because our reports deliver their full value the moment they are unlocked, we reserve the right to deny refund requests where we identify abuse — including, but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund patterns from the same customer, payment, IP address or business domain; use of disposable or fraudulent payment methods; chargebacks filed without first contacting us; or requests where we have evidence the report contents have been redistributed. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, makes the final decision on disputed refund requests.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.
